Grilling coffee uses a clean energy source and limited electricity to create perfectly roasted coffee. Our process conserves energy and leaves a small carbon footprint.

Our coffee roasting location utilizes solar panels to generate more than 15 megawatts of solar energy per year. That’s enough electricity to power 2,000 homes.

All of our retail and wholesale eco-friendly packaging materials are compostable! Our trailer and cafe cups, lids, straws, coffee bags, and all food packaging is compostable.

We partner with Carbon Offsets to Alleviate Poverty (COTAP.org) to offset our carbon footprint. Our trailer and roasting generates less than an estimated 12 tons of CO2 emissions annually, offset by our donations to certified forestry projects in least-developed regions creating earnings for rural farming communities.

We partner with Recycled City to compost all of our compostable waste from our trailer and cafe since we don't use any plastic cups or supplies. All of our waste is separated by hand and composted or recycled leaving virtually no waste for the landfill.

Our green coffee is 100% specialty grade that arrives in fully recyclable packaging and is sourced from coffee farmers trained in sustainable coffee production.
