Event pricing starts at $700 for up to 75 guests
Our mobile coffee trailer books with a $700 minimum, which covers the full café-style experience — professional baristas, setup and breakdown, travel, freshly roasted specialty grade coffee, and a full hot and iced espresso menu including hot chocolate, chai, lemonade, decaf coffee, and iced tea. This minimum comfortably serves events of 30–75 guests with a 3-hour service window. Tax is already included in the minimum. Additional hours available upon request.

Because these events vary in size, duration, and flow, pricing is customized based on guest count, service window, and staffing needs. Our team works with you ahead of time to plan staffing levels, service flow, and timing so the coffee service fits seamlessly into your event.

Corporate Coffee Catering in Phoenix

The coffee trailer is approximately 9 feet by 6 feet and can fit into a single car parking spot. We feature a full espresso menu with the option to serve pastries.
